Chaotic crash in Phoenix somehow spares people of injuries

Sometimes car accidents really do have a happy ending. A crash in Phoenix showed just that after a tiny car caused a huge wreck that, amazingly, did not see a single person suffer injuries. The result may seem unbelievable — but sometimes the impossible becomes reality in this crazy world of ours.

The accident occurred in a business center, as a MINI Cooper crashed into a boulder and a storefront — but that was after it knocked over a bus stop that a police officer said usually holds about five or six people. It is not known how or why the wreck occurred, nor is it known how no one was injured in the dramatic crash. But the answer to that last question doesn’t really matter. It is simply nice to talk about a car accident where everyone made it out unscathed.

The wreck is under investigation, and the first thing that officials will look at is the speed of the MINI Cooper, which one person in the source article’s video speculates was “70 or 80 miles per hour.” It sounds like there were significant skid marks at the accident scene.

With that in mind, we could be talking about a negligent and reckless driver. Even though the driver did not hurt anyone, crashes like this leave people — and property, as was the case here — in bad shape. When these drivers are proven to be irresponsible, their actions can be held responsible not only in criminal court, but also in civil court by the injured victims of the accident.
